Quirky man plus magic equals entertainment
thegamedude20 March 2014
Goodness this man is amazing... As a magician that seems to be cut from a different cloth as the norm I'm accustomed to, his attitude and way of doing things just jumps at me, never fails to make me laugh, and quite frankly somewhat reminds me of myself. As he quite plainly proclaims during the show's intro, he certainly does like to screw with people, often running away after the deed is done and leaving them completely dumbfounded. However, he isn't all bad as each episode centers around a lesson he's been 'trusted' to teach a particular person who happens to be in need of a little humility or a humbling realization. In fact each episode tends to have a general theme that revolves around this very task, which keeps things focused. As for his actual material, it is all brilliantly executed and oftentimes completely mind boggling even when you have a clear view of what is happening. Whether it's real or not, I suppose is a matter for debate (I for one am convinced), but what's for certain however is that his excellent material combined with his unique charm combine to create some superb entertainment. If you're a fan of magic or just perhaps like to see people get screwed around with, you'll likely enjoy this man and his antics.
