Mitchell Payson is a very precise and demanding client, incarnating great ambition for his paper tissue firm, but due to a recent marital trauma unstable and unpredictable, hence looses his mandate and sense of propriety. Simon can't get out of transforming the funeral of his former jingle writer into a 'celebration' as his daughter Melora, the only person who actually loved the unpopular grump, needs him to be a star for one day, but a eulogy for an ogre seems a contradiction in terms, whatever the fringes.
