Believe it or not, this entire film started as a simple school project for the the director. But, evolved into much more as it became less of a college project and more of a passion project.
Frank Cotolo was a member of several successful bands before going solo as Frank Cotolo, including "Dada" and "Henry Morgan and the High Grass Boys".
Frank Cotolo has written several books including, but not limited to, "The Return of Turk Berain", "Molotov Memoirs", "Moon Over Gorgon", "Pony Player", "Skull and Roses', "License to Skill", and "The Complete and Unabridged History of Japan".
The writer/producer/director of the film, Jeremy Long, decided on the title of the film after actor and friend Henry Winkler told Jeremy that he lives life by two words: Tenacity and Gratitude. Jeremy felt Henry's motto for life fit Frank Cotolo's life story well and officially made it the title of the documentary.
