- Dom and Staci's attempts at romance are ruined when Madeline moves in with them. Dom puts Bart and Carmine in charge of finding her someone to live with, but it's a tall order, even with Uncle Lou helping.
- After three months in jail, Madeline, Dominic's former girlfriend, is released. Dominic takes Madeline into his home until she is able to get back onto her feet. Stacy is not as gracious. She posts a no sex law in effect until Madeline is out of their house. Dawn now has an adversary living in her son's home, Madeline, who does what she can to interrupt the daily privacy that Dominic and Stacy have enjoyed for the past fourteen years. Dawn is obviously unhappy with Stacy's narcissistic ways. She works hard to keep the restaurant running smoothly, while Stacy drags Dominic around his thick neck. Stacy protests at Madeline's every move. She can't take a bath or use the toilet without her complaining. Dominic calls on all the other members of the cast to relocate Madeline. She is finally welcomed elsewhere. With that problem solved, Dominic hopes Stacy will stop withholding her sexual favors. Madeline gets the homecoming party she wanted. All seems happy until Stacy bashes Dominic's Mother's [Dawn] cheese lasagna. All hell breaks loose between them. Dawn chases Stacy with a meatball in hand, long enough until she smashes it on the portrait of Dominic and Stacy that hangs in the grand entry way. Stacy gets Dominic into the bedroom and sets off enough tears to get him locked into another demand to get his Mother out of their lives.—Jill Arno
