Chip Chambers is one of a number of loudmouth, conservative commentators to spring up unchecked under the Reagan administration. This 'documentary' tells of Chip's sudden rise to fame and his equally rapid silencing.
During the Reagan administration the repeal of the so-called 'Fairness Doctrine' enabled a whole slew of conservative commentators the freedom to broadcast their views unchecked by their ideological opponents. In this satirical documentary-style film we meet one such demagogue - Chip Chambers. In the wake of these changes Chip emerges almost overnight as a brash, outspoken conservative who takes no prisoners and speaks first, thinks later. He instantly attracts supporters and critics in equal measure - but what happened to Chip? He disappeared from view almost as quickly as he had emerged - so who finally did the unthinkable and silenced America's biggest loudmouth?—Mark_a_Wood <markawood@hotmail.co.uk>
