- As the Graysons gain the upper hand, Emily must take on a new identity to expose them.
- We open with Aiden meeting with Conrad in a parking lot. Conrad tells him he has one day before he'll alert Pascal of his presence.
Pascal asks Victoria to marry him. She says yes.
Nolan tells Emily that taking Conrad down "like this" is a mistake. Aiden arrives and tells them about Conrad's ultimatum. She gives him a gun and says it's time for them to take care of things.
Daniel and Margaux have breakfast with Victoria and Pascal. Daniel is excited about the My Clone debut the following day and Pascal tells Margaux he will eventually name her to be his successor.
Pascal is grabbed by masked men and thrown into a van. It was Aiden and Emily, who pretend to be with Homeland Security building a case on the Graysons. Emily asks him to "tell me everything" and he asks for a lawyer. She cites the Patriot Act and says that isn't happening. He won't talk and she takes his phone.
Charlie gets an anonymous letter about her being a Clarke. She asks Victoria if there's any chance David is still alive. Victoria assures her someone is trying to scare her. She shows Charlie her ring and the two embrace.
Nolan analyzes Pascal's phone. They don't get anything worthwhile, but Emily has an idea.
Conrad drops by to see Victoria. He tells her Pascal killed Oscar to save his neck.
Charlie shows Jack the letter she thinks is from David. She found two other letters in Victoria's room and wants to see the journal. Jack says he can help her, though he doesn't have the journal.
Emily returns to Pascal and says she has proof that points to his guilt in profiting from the plane crash, along with the fact he had Oscar killed. She then threatens to go after Margaux if he doesn't wear a wire and give them the Graysons. He says he'll give them Conrad, but not Victoria.
Pascal tells Victoria he's leaving for Paris after the My Clone event the following day. He takes a shower and Victoria finds the number Emily gave him in his jacket. She hears the voicemail of a Homeland Security agent.
Victoria tells Daniel of her fears with respect to Pascal. He tells her about using his buddy at Interpol to scare Pascal.
Noland and Jack catch up. Nolan traces the letter to Charlie and sees it's linked to someone named Kurt Renner who lives in a remote cabin. Jack doesn't tell him what the letter was.
Daniel tells Conrad that Pascal has been talking to the feds. He thinks the launch will be when Pascal drops the hammer. Daniel's plan is to have Pascal grabbed by his Interpol friend for cooking his books. Daniel doesn't seem worried about what getting rid of Pascal will do to his mother.
Daniel tells Margaux to get Pascal's promise to place her in charge in writing. He doesn't tell her the real reason.
Jack and Charlie go to the Renner's address. They find a desk filled with information about the plane crash, including the same stationary. Charlie seems convinced it's just a weirdo messing with her rather than David Clarke. On their way out Jack grabs a ring from a table. When they leave a young man walks in from the back.
Margaux asks Pascal for a formal contract installing her as the next CEO. He agrees.
Nolan arrives at the My Clone event with Emily. Aiden is in their earpiece from a van. Pascal is wired.
Victoria tells Pascal she wants them to leave the country together right then. He says he cannot and walks away. Emily walks up and congratulated her on "getting what you deserve."
Margaux takes the stage with Daniel and they introduce My Clone to the crowd. They bring out Javier who presents the app. It is a spectacular failure and we learn that Nolan helped rig the machine to look terrible. Backstage a furious Daniel tells Javier that he's out, since they own the product. He tells Margaux they can get credibility back by letting the world know Nolan was behind the sabotage.
Pascal is deviating from their plan and Emily spots them in an elevator heading for the roof. Victoria is following.
On the roof Conrad's helicopter is ready to take off. Pascal tells Conrad he wants to rid himself of his ghosts. Conrad then throws Pascal into the blade of the chopper, killing him and spraying blood everywhere. Victoria arrives and begins screaming.
Conrad tells the police Pascal's death was an accident, a story corroborated by his pilot.
Jack tells Charlie police are on the case with the cabi and she shouldn't be getting anymore letter. Jack looks down at the ring and we see it has "DC" on it. The man from the cabin is watching him from outside the window.
Daniel consoles Margaux. Word comes over the phone that she's been named CEO.
Emily tells Aiden what really happened with Conrad. She thinks he must have known something was up.
As Victoria reads letters from Pascal, Daniel walks into the room. She wants to know how Conrad knew of Pascal's intentions and asks if he had anything to do with it. Daniel lies to her. Daniel wonders aloud what the feds might know.
Charlie goes for a walk on the beach. She's grabbed by someone wearing a mask.
