- Emily seeks revenge on a key conspirator against her father; Victoria sets a trap for Emily.
- We open with Emily at the racetrack with Pascal. He offers money for information on the Grayson and she tells him she knows he's trying to play her. Emily walks away and sends one of Pascal's fingerprints to Aiden, who is at one of the secure locations in Pascal's company looking for info on Oscar.
Nolan wants to talk to Javier about what happened. He says they'll talk later and we see that Charlie is hiding in his bed. Javier thinks he can't go with Daniel because of what it would do to Nolan. She convinces him to at least meet with Daniel.
Daniel shows Margaux and example of Javier's program. She's impressed. Daniel plans to bring the deal to Pascal.
At the track Victoria runs into a former colleague of Conrad's named Luke Gilliam. She's unhappy to see him and makes reference to the way in which he acquired his wealth. With Emily listening Gilliam take her aside. He had something to do with David's death and it sounds like he's in possession of evidence that implicates both himself and Conrad.
Emily tells Aiden about Gilliam, who it turns out was a employee of Conrad's known for cutting corners to earn money. Aiden's found nothing about Oscar.
Jack's back in town and he stops by to see Margaux in the office. She tells him she's working on a big deal with Daniel and doesn't seem all that interested in him. She tells him Pascal has asked her to take over his entire company. He wants them to spend time together but she says she can't do it until the deal is finished.
Conrad tells Victoria he's heard about her interaction with Gilliam. He tells her that Pascal was involved in the operation to bring down David Clarke.
Javier leaves, telling Nolan he's meeting with his parole officer. Nolan says he's worried Javier has the potential to "go down the wrong path," just like he was before David Clarke took him under his wing.
Jack drops by Emily's and tells her Stevie's in rough shape. She tells him about Gilliam, who runs a natural gas company and is in town to receive a green award despite the fact his company is secretly harmful to the environment. She thinks Gilliam could help her bring down the Graysons and he tells her that after what happened with Stevie he's "all in."
Nolan gives Aiden a lead on Oscar's apartment. A woman named Brenda Evans is connected to him, though it's unclear whether or not she's working with Oscar or against him.
Victoria asks Pascal about profiting from David Clarke's death. They begin to argue and Pascal says he thinks Conrad is trying to drive them apart. He says he was only an investor and had nothing to do with what happened. He also said he chose not to bring down Conrad because he knew she would fall as well. "I've always loved you," he says.
Emily meets with Gilliam, saying she wants a job. During the conversation Jack interrupts, pretending to be a citizen impacted by Gilliam's environmental pollution. Gilliam says the chemicals he puts in the ground are clean enough to drink, and proceeds to do just that with a vile from his briefcase. While his back is turned, Emily pulls one of the samples out of Gilliam's bag. He wants her to help him at his next appearance in town.
Daniel has gotten Javier's parole shortened. Daniel and Margaux pitch him a proposal that starts with him on the cover of their magazine. "We can make you a star." Daniel also dangles Javier's favorite car.
Brenda Evans tases Nolan and tries to run from them. Aiden catches him on the street and we see that Brenda was Oscar, wearing a wig. Oscar tells Aiden that his father had no idea what he planted on the plane. He tells Aiden his father was murdered soon after Oscar went to Pascal. He thinks Pascal had Aiden's father killed. Nolan thinks they can help Oscar get his life back if he helps them take down Pascal. He agrees.
Javier tells Charlie that he and Nolan are like brothers. She pushes him that to be "the next Nolan Ross" he needs to go with Daniel.
Emily hands Jack something she says is Gilliam's "undoing." She's also found out that the vile he drank in front of Jack was a mixture of saline and gelatin.
Pascal meets with Conrad, who is confident his relationship with Victoria has just ended. Pascal plays him a tape that shows he was recording their conversations about David and the bomb. Pascal thinks this means he now controls Conrad.
Somebody takes photos of Nolan and Aiden together.
Victoria and Daniel talk about Gilliam. He's worried that this could blow back onto the company and she says she brought Gilliam to town and faked the argument in an attempt to trap Emily.
Gilliam asks Emily to run interference during his presentation. Victoria shows up uninvited.
Noland tries to offer Javier a new deal. Nolan tells Javier he can't go into business with the Grayson, adding that the program isn't ready. He says "you'll regret this."
During Gilliam's presentation he drinks a vile just like he did for Jack. Jack secretly uploads an image onto the board. It says "Taste good, Mr. Gilliam? You drank the real chemicals." He doubles over and asks for a doctor.
Oscar comes home to find Pascal waiting for him. Pascal shoots him in the chest.
While Gilliam sits in the hospital a mystery person appears on his laptop. It's Emily in disguise. She says she wants the leverage he has on Conrad, threatening to make the rest of his life hell if he doesn't. He agrees, so long as he's left alone.
Jack asks Margaux about the Javier deal and Daniel's involvement. Again Jack tries to convince her that Daniel isn't on the up-and-up but she doesn't believe him. He leaves him disgust.
Daniel gives Charlie a car as thanks for delivering Javier. Nolan shows up and tells Daniel "this is war."
Conrad shows Aiden pictures of Oscar's body. He offers Aiden protection if he helps him go after Pascal. Aiden leaves. After he leaves Conrad tells a Mr. Marino that Aiden won't be a problem, revealing that he was behind getting Oscar killed.
Emily shows Jack evidence she's gotten from Gilliam that proves Conrad's involvement. It doesn't clear her father. He tells her about the problems he's having with Margaux.
Victoria seems to realize that Emily isn't just waging war on her family. "It's revenge. For David."
