so much wrong it is hard to know where to start. Banks will work with a lendee if they show some good faith toward repaying the loan. two things they could show that good faith is one, hold a garage sale. Two, use their contract with Starlight as collateral.
In the final scene, there is someone in the concert crowd with a "JEM AND THE HOLOGRAMS" sign. They are not known as "Jem and the Holograms" at that point, and further, that band name is only said one time in the entire movie--a few seconds after we see that sign, by Rio to Christy Marx's character.
When the girls take Rio's car and go to the pier and Rio catches them, he told them that he tracked his iPhone that was in his dashboard. But earlier when Jerrica is seen taking his keys the iPhone is sitting right next to them and his wallet.
The volume of Jem's singing voice stays the same even after the power goes out and the microphone stops working at the concert.
The montage of fan videos praising the movie's version of Jem are very obviously fan videos that were instead praising the cartoon, as not only are the fans wearing merch from the cartoon, but one of the videos even has the cartoon playing in the background.
The travel montages in the film are rather obviously screen captures from Google Earth, with the copyright stamp logo even visible in the bottom right corner.
In the flashback to the girls' childhood, they are seen playing with My Little Pony Toys, but the versions they're playing with are from the contemporary cartoon My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (2010).
There are several points during the performance of the song "Youngblood" that Jerrica's mouth does not move, yet she can still be heard singing.
Why do Jerrica and Rio even have to sneak into Starlight Enterprises to take back her earrings? Nothing indicated that Erica was keeping them and never giving them back. She's also a famous celebrity by that point and could simply walk in to claim them and no one would bat an eye, as shown later where she quickly dons her Jem costume to casually walk past the guards.
Erica contradicts herself pretty badly in the poolside conversation with Jerrica when she is trying to get her to sign the solo contract. She says she owns the name "Jem" and all rights, which means that Jerrica and the other three girls would've had to have signed a group contract at some point. But then she tries to get Jerrica to sign a solo contract. This would be in breach of the previous contract they signed. There is no way they can be performing under this record label without a deal of some kind in place. And even if no group contract has been signed previously, then that means Erica cannot own the rights to the "Jem" name.
If Aunt Bailey's house is in danger of foreclosure, then all Jerrica would have to do is simply use some of the money she's making as Jem to end her Aunt's financial troubles, or better yet, monetize her YouTube videos.
Jerrica could simply patent the robot that her father left her if she wants to end all of her financial worries and save her aunt's house.
