- A guy gropes a girl's knees and thighs while she's tied to a chair (attempted sexual assault).
- There are scenes with a young prepubescent girl getting into a bath, everything is covered or hidden in shadow, but she is still clearly naked.

- A man gets his chest ripped open, it happens offscreen, but the aftermath, wherein lots of blood and his exposed ribs are seen. The man, however, feels absolutely no pain.
- A man has his arm slashed and is then stabbed in the chest, both with plenty of blood seen. He then falls against a broken pillar and causes a stone slab to crush him offscreen, plenty of blood is seen.

- Although the series has a much lighter tone in comparison to the previous series, Fate/Zero, & it's sequel trilogy, Heaven's Feel, there's still plenty of callbacks to the former series with some dark themes clashing with the optimistic message and an emotional tone throughout.

Violence & Gore
- A woman has her arm blown off with a thrown sword, spraying blood and throwing her weapon and severed arm away. Later, she and another woman are impaled by several swords, with lots of bloody wounds seen, and one of the women is in a large pool of blood. The latter is then decapitated offscreen.
- A teen girl is blinded by having her eyes slashed. Blood is seen where her eyes were. She's then stabbed in the chest and dies. Afterwards, the attacker rips out her heart, with plenty of blood and the heart is seen in his hands.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Illya's death is very shocking, violent, and emotional
- Flashbacks to Shirou's past show that he was in a devastating, city-wide catastrophe wherein his parents died and he barely survived. Later, it's said that his adoptive father who inspired him after saving him died several years after. Very emotional.
- A lot of main character dead, it's can be very emotional.
- The final battle is very intense
