A couple are shot down dead at a garage, followed by a member of staff trying to help. Further victims follow, a mindless killer, or someone with a purpose?
Series eighteen starts off in explosive fashion, one of the best series openers I can remember, no wonder viewing figures were returning to the massive figures the show enjoyed in its early years. A wonderfully complex story, with nothing seemingly linking any of the victims.
This episode boasts a tremendous cast, I loved Zoe Telford's character, Jane de Freitas, a great actress, who made her really interesting. The whole cast are great. Liz Carr perhaps my favourite character in the show, love Clarissa.
A superb episode, loaded with tension. 9/10
