Nick and Sharon talk about the children over coffee. Sharon admits that she just does not know if they can get past this crisis; at least not the way she feels now. Nick firmly tells her that he is not giving up on her because he loves her too much. Hearing Victor outside, Brad and Jack go into battle mode. Victor is furious with Jack for keeping Grace on the payroll. Jack explains that they cannot fire her because of the chance of a sexual harassment suit, since Nicholas was in a position of power over Grace. Victor informs Jack that Grace's presence is a constant reminder to his family of the damage she has caused and therefore has to go. Meanwhile, Grace apologizes to Nick. Nina finds Ryan on her doorstep who is upset, having just left the memorial service. Tricia assures Megan that she and Ryan are soul mates and she understands that he is still in contact with his ex-wives. Megan spots Tony at Crimson Lights and she can tell he is still in a lot of pain. Tony informs Megan that he plans on leaving town and bids her goodbye. Sharon tells Nikki that Nick keeps saying all the right words but the wounds may be too deep to heal. Cassie tells her mother that she misses Nick. In Madison, Alice searches for records on Sharon. One of the nurses finds Millie's letter, but wants to show it to Alice before posting, just as Millie's blood pressure rises very high. Nick assures his father that he has learned his lesson, but Victor cannot understand why his son would be unfaithful to Sharon. Victor informs Brad that he does not want to make his stepping down public just yet. Ashley is back and Cole fills her in on his baby's death. He omits that he spent much of his time since by Vicki's side.
