Leyton was celebrating his birthday together with his fellows police officer at his workplace. His fiancée came up in order to take him out for dinner. They got into their car in the garage when a biker bumped into them, blocking their way out. Shortly after the biker shot them at close range, killing him as a result. Right away, another police officer was shot dead in his apartment, so as a social worker. Detectives manage to connect the dots: all the victims are related to an incoming trial in which there are few witnesses left and Sharpe is the next on the list. Luckily, police manage to trace another witness, taking him to the station before another killing would take place. Anyway she's afraid of her life, changing her deposition at the trial. The evidences left are not so many, so the perp could manage to walk free....
After Devlin, another police officers (the boss in this case) is shot dead, but now the death is not by chance. Great performance for the stone cold Abby Glendon (Elinor Crawley).
