Good old Aled Jones. He's a versatile man and quite rightly has now been given his own weekend chat show.
Yes, the set is naff and he very rarely attracts big big name guests but that's OK. To be fair the ones he does get on are often ones who want to be there and are there just to chat rather than plug a book, film etc.
Jones' big strength is his likability and that charm shines through in every show. He knows his stuff and that goes a long way with guests too.
This show has come back a couple of times since it's launch when other attempts at a weekend chat show have failed, so here's hoping Aled can continue to welcome in the weekend with us for years to come.
