I enjoy Jacky St. James work in XXX short stories - taking today's popular half-hour vignette structure and trying to shape interesting stories to fit. As the title suggests, this video treads on forbidden territory, not the clergy's sex crimes in recent decades but rather a teasing approach to what borders on both pederasty and incest.
The opening segment "My Anal Teacher" (title lays it right on the line) is almost an instant classic, and for me was almost a Rosetta Stone in unlocking the basis of St. James' approach to porn. Just as the Michigan boys revolutionized light TV entertainment with their emphasis on tongue-in-cheek in-joke dialog and styling of ancient cultures, Jacky has Alec's and Penny's dialog and delivery almost campy in their approach to the youngster bamboozled by daddy into trying out anal sex with him as preparation to her using the previously untested from of sex with her boyfriend Kyle.
The presentation is so cute (almost as cute as the actress herself) that what constitutes rape plus the behavior that got Woody Allen's reputation soiled forever in his relationship with Soon-Yi plays here as good clean (well, not really) fun. Steven St. Croix is daddy for the umpteenth time, a school administrator who calls in step-daughter Carter Cruise to his office to reprimand the uppity girl and remind her of the megabucks he's dishing out to fund her vacation. She's a self-proclaimed slut who seems headed for either prostitution or porn as a career (yup!) and demands that Steve spank her. This being porn we're watching, his compliance leads to torrid sex on his desk, even noisily knocking the phone to the ground in what is unfortunately the most memorable moment here. To call Jacky's tag line for Steven cynical is an extreme understatement when he concludes: "She was well worth the price of admission".
Finale is a letdown, probably because the writing and performances are sub-par. Ava Taylor, wearing oversize glasses (a fetish I understand) is the 20-year-old virgin who looks younger and demands step-daddy John Strong deflower her. So what follows is the usual sex with Ava pretending at first to be in pain though her pro blow job technique is suspect, but the episode is titled "The List" and dwells on the curious stat that Alex states of having slept with over 100 women before marrying Ava's mom. I don't know which bucket to classify this one in based on John's ending narration, whereby he's satisfied and adds Ava to his list of recurring partners =how sexist does Jacky have to appear to be to maintain her membership in the porn industry's nearly all good ole boys club?
