- Chloe burns her wrist during an intense scene when her nanny, suffering from Alzheimer's, forgets how to cook Kraft Dinner and the box is dropped in a pot of boiling water.
- Chloe tries to play with a nail gun; luckily she isn't hurt.

- It is suggested that Heather's father was of a pedophilic nature as some questionable photos and videos are seen/discussed at some point during the film.
- Heather drugs Marks drink and rapes him. This is found later in a recording of her on top of him while he's passed out. She's heard moaning loudly and is seen riding him roughly.
Violence & Gore
- Heather murders Mrs. Highsmith offscreen and stages it to look like a suicide. Since this is offscreen no violence is actually seen.
- Linda throws Heather out of a window.
