Live music, live the book and live Andres Caicedo.

Warning: Spoilers
Andres Caicedo 's novel is a journey, the film barely caricature of that trip, a totally blurred Maria del Carmen , I do not know where he is or where you are going , even if you try to read excerpts from the novel fails to connect and fails to convince , characters loose without background, it is not Cali 70s nor is it today , Empty parties, can be rescued photography and performance Nelson Camayo as " barbaric" but rest as adaptation of the novel Caicedo is a sacrilege , for unsuspecting viewer who does not You may have read the novel the film represents something new , but beyond that nothing happens. If the characters were well built the film had surfaced , but neither does music save her. - SMALL SPOILER WARNING - hearing Salsa "choque", I saw many leave the theater , for obvious reasons.
