- With a mole in the panthers now, Woodford has to find who it is while Neal and FBI have to figure out how they will bring the panthers down in their next heist.
- When last we left Neal he had returned home to find himself face-to-face with Panthers' head Woodford, who was telling him he thought the organization had a mole.
We start with Woodford telling Neal he is the only who can't be the mole, as he has discovered a listening device in a hideout that predates Neal's participation in the gang. He wants help finding the mole, but Neal balks. Woodford seems to like that answer. Based on Woodford's comments about the plan, Neal figures out he's thinking about hitting the federal reserve cash delivery.
Elizabeth's first sonogram is coming up and Peter is getting nervous.
Neal fills in the team about the meeting with Woodford. They discuss speaking with Keller's handler Luke and trying to get him removed, which could help Neal. Both Peter and Neal are suspicious of the other because the fed cash isn't being discussed.
Woodford and Neal discuss the fed heist. Neal learns that because the window provided by the algorithm is so small the Panthers will be using some heavy artillery.
Luke admits to Neal that Interpol planted the bug that Woodford found. He asks Luke to pull Keller, saying they will still share in the credit provided by taking down the Panthers. Luke agrees.
Luke fills in Keller, who is perfectly fine with stepping away. But he warns Luke that Neal can't always be trusted to play by the rules.
Neal tells Peter about the guns. Peter wants to shut it down, but Neal thinks he might be able to find another way.
Mozzie has designed an improved version of the randomizer. He tells Neal about the reserve cash being delivered to the airport and briefly stored at a warehouse prior to puck-up by the feds. Mozzie's version will allow them to select the airport they prefer rather than waiting for the tiny time window.
Luke snaps pictures of Neal meeting with a woman and handing her an envelope. He brings this information to Peter and says he wants Neal pulled. Peter says no and Luke says Interpol will no longer be working side-by-side with the FBI.
Neal brings his idea to Woodford. Woodford is interested.
Luke tells Keller to give Woodford a mole.
Neal comes home to find Peter at his place. They lay everything on the table about the Panthers' plan, then Mozzie shows him his randomizer. They ask Peter to help them with their idea in order to take down Woodford. After many hours and many drinks they come up with .... Pneumatic tubes. The plan is to direct the money to JFK, where they'll be able to get the money out of the airport via underground.
The only concern about the Pneumatic is whether or not the power source is still in place. Neal and Mozzie find the power source, which will need to be repaired.
Woodford's team confronts Neal about their suspicion he might be the mole. Neal is able to talk himself around the situation and they get to work on the tubes.
Peter and Jones search the location where Neal met the mystery woman. While searching for Keller, Diana finds Luke's body in a dumpster.
Keller arranges a private meeting with Woodford. He tells him he knows how to find the mole. Woodford calls an emergency meeting of the Panthers, where he tells them he can find the mole. Keller has planted his tacking device in the pocket of one of Woodford's top guys. When it's discovered Woodford immediately kills him. After the meeting Keller admits to setting up Luke. Neal's worry is that Interpol will now swoop in on their plan.
Peter is able to hold off Interpol by arguing the mission must continue in order to make sure he didn't die for nothing. Peter is called out of his meeting for an email video of Elizabeth's sonogram. Elizabeth is concerned that Peter missed their appointment without so much as a call for them to reschedule. She doesn't want to be a single married parent.
Mozzie is upset with Neal that he's still being kept out of the loop. Neal assures him he needs to be patient for just a little longer.
Neal tells Peter that with the Panthers losing a guy they'll needs someone else. At the next Panthers meeting Neal suggests his guy. Peter walks into the room. The episode ends with Woodford putting a gun to Peter's head and saying "Now who the hell are you?"
