The Horrible 4: RESOLUTION is an extreme improvement over the original in every way. You can tell the original was a student film through and through. It was well made, but this sequel surpasses it in every way. Even though it's an extremely low budget film, they do the best with what they have. It's a fun slasher film and the film knows it. There is story and depth here, but the main attraction is the masked killer and the gory and creative deaths that the genre is known for.
It's a love letter to the horror genre and a must watch for horror fans who love student films.
