A little girl is seemingly in danger from her dysfunctional parents, a Social Worker applies for the Child to be put into care, but the case fails. Louise Marsh the Social Worker in question is at the centre in another case, where a teen leaves care, and tracks down his mother and her new love, who was accused of inappropriate behaviour.
It's a well made, produced and directed episode, the characters are good. It's just a little bleak, the subject material is dark of course, but some of the content is a little sickening.
DI Rory Drennan is a bit of a moron, I am stunned he's able to dress himself, let alone pass an exam.
Claudia Blakley is very, very good, she is one mixed up Social Worker.
Very good, 8/10.
