Loyalty Be Damned
Hitchcoc17 August 2023
Here is another episode of the Fourth Season where the characters spend their times betraying each other--where winning is the only thing. Winning means destroying the other guy and getting more money. Mike and Harvey continue to spar. Mike's ego is so damaged he finally throws away just about everything to get into bed with the worst kind of guy--played by Eric Roberts--who wants to take down Harvey. I know Mike Ross has painted himself into a corner with the investment firm, but as he walks away with that smug look, he is no longer the pleasant, "cute," guy who was constantly trying to stay ahead of the law. He is almost venomous.

Average episode of Suits. Mike was being a shameful man but then he recovered himself which was good. I enjoy watching this show because the African Americans are well portrayed here. Jessica is a really cool character and I like how she handles things and she knows how go down. The other black guy that they introduced this season reminds me of this guy that works at the Costco that I visit oftenly because he is very calm but smart. I know race isn't everything but the writers sure know how to make characters that feel real. The only problem with this show is that the plots are getting repetitive and this show needs some balls to do something crazy like they did back in season 2.
