As someone with adoptees in my family and nearly someone who nearly adopted, I absolutely love how she dealt with her son. Her son was very misguided and frankly overstepped into a decision that is solely his mother's choice.
As for the rest of the story, my understanding is that the whole reputation fix sites are either directly or indirectly related to the sites that they are supposed to be cleaning up.
Not a great ep, but good plot with some technical errors, but the Sharron story makes it a 10 by itself.
