Great Episode

The episode was great and one of the best episode of Last Ship series but I was bit disappointed how Titus Welliver died also the most shocking thing for me is killing Quincy.

While a portion of the side stories do hamper the season premier, we at least applaud the action sequences, and the way they taken the ship back from Granderson is mind blowing.

I hope that the show will go right direction from here and can't wait to see the next episode.

The overall episode was great and I enjoy every part of it.

If you want to see lots of Michel Bay explosive this is for you :)

The army is my family

Warning: Spoilers
Silliness is back in the first episode of the second season of "The Last Ship". "Unreal City" packs in 40 minutes all the over-the-top ideas of the first season and gloats in them while everything develops in an out of proportion manner.

We pick up where we left at the ending of season one, with Chandler having reunited with his family, Dr. Scott having discovered of the shady things they are doing to get rid of everyone 'who is not worth living', and the ship taken over by Granderson's people.

If you thought the show was going to get serious or philosophical, forget about it. We get an amazingly over-the-top take over of the facilities where they are burning the bodies for electricity, where everyone is wearing a machine gun or a shooting gun for the sake of it. Quincy decides to, well, suffer. And we get a conversation between Granderson and her daughter Alisha that only lacks the characters holding big cardboards with "the army is more important than family" written on them.

A little less silly action and a little more brain wouldn't hurt.

Finally a halfway decent episode

It only took until season 2, but hey this campy over the top brain rot has finally paid off when Baldwin buries an ax in the chest of Major Dbag.

This show is definitely great for friends over to laugh at every snafu and cheese ball plot, it has to be written by 4th graders. But at least it's accidentally amusing.
