The second episode looks at the interrogation, trial, and the subsequent impacts that the abdominal crimes of Ian Brady and Myra Hindley had for those around.
I didn't watch this when it went out, and haven't up until 2021, as the case is just too upsetting for words, but I'm glad I watched it. This second episode is seen more through the eyes of Myra's sister Maureen, who really did have a tragic short life.
Very well acted drama, taught me things I didn't know about the case, I'm glad I've seen it, but wouldn't watch again.
It didn't feel like anyone had justice, the best bit was the line that Hindley had died.
Tough viewing. 8/10.
