Two things to consider before watching this show: 1. If you don't like slice-of-life reality shows, you won't like this one. 2. You might like this show if you like LeAnn and Eddie as people.
The show follows them in the day to day conduct of their lives. It seems their lives have been fodder for the tabloids, primarily because LeAnn and Eddie met while Eddie was married to another woman. LeAnn is a singer and Eddie is an actor, so they are a celebrity couple who are in the public eye anyway. But the tabloids have fired an enraged public morality that loves headlines like "LeAnn is a Homewrecker!" So this show is a glimpse into the life of a couple who is always on display.
The show is also a reminder of LeAnn's great voice. I consider myself a fan, having bought a couple of her CDs during her early career. Now she is a woman and I had lost track of her, especially since I don't read tabloids.

As they deal with the demands of their careers, surrounded with the necessary personal assistants, publicists, and family, they cope with common social media issues, display their knowledge of pop culture (e.g. twerking and tweeting) and cope with living--as a couple.
