- Some personas have exposed breasts. No nipple detail is seen. Similar to a Barbie doll. It was mild enough to get partial nudity instead of nudity which means the nudity alone could be featured in a T-rated game.
- At least one persona has the appearance of male genitalia. It shows up relatively late in the game.
Violence & Gore

- As players explore themed areas of the Metaverse, they engage in turn-based combat against fantastical creatures. Some blood spray can be seen. Due to the games' cartoonish style, It looks unrealistic.
Profanity

- Mild profanity is said sometimes. Shit is said rather frequently and Fuck is said a few times.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The player can enter several bars where they serve alcoholic drinks, however all the bartenders will refuse to serve to you due to being a highschooler.

- If this were a movie, it would've been rated R for some violent images, sexual material including nudity, and brief strong language - all involving teens.

Sex & Nudity
- The protagonist can date multiple female characters in the game. Once their relationship stat is maxed, their dialogue is more flirtatious. The character also may sleep with some of then but nothing is shown The loading screen has hearts to imply the love making. Some of the suggestive dialogue are innuendos like, "How about I conduct a thorough examination of you?" or "Is there anything else you'd like me to do?" etc. This is overall not explicit and is wholesome.
Violence & Gore
- A man is shot in the head. His face slams onto the table as blood leaks out. This is fairly explicit.
- Two Young girls are beheaded. However, The Impact is offscreen and they are wrapped in a sheet while this happens.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A girl attempts suicide by jumping off the school roof. This can be quite disturbing to some players.
- Several times throughout the game, some characters go through a "Mental Shutdown" resulting in them essentially turning braindead and dying. Each character who goes through this has their eyes roll back through their head and dark black blood pouring out of their eyes and mouths. Quite graphic and disturbing every instance this happens.
- Near the end of the game, several characters are killed by disintegration, as a symbol that Yaldabaoth is taking over and enslaving humanity, but no one properly dies in this scene.
- Near the end of the game, the world goes through an intense eldritch change. This can be quite disturbing.
- There are several sequences where characters must rip off a mask that has been sealed to their face. This always leads to a gruesome and bloody scene. Can be very disturbing.
