Storyline

Fuller House is a spin-off series based on the hit ABC family sitcom Full House (1987-95) created and executive produced by Jeff Franklin for Netflix. D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron-Bure) is a recently widowed mom to a 13-year-old named Jackson (Michael Campion), 7-year-old named Max (Elias Harger), and a newborn son named Tommy (Fox and Dashiell Messitt). After realizing she is unable to cope with the demands of holding a full time job as a veterinarian in addition to raising three kids, her sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and childhood best friend Kimmy (Andrea Barber), who is also the mother of a 13-year-old daughter (Soni Bringas), offer to move in to bring up her children. Trivia

A full-scale replica of the house exterior was constructed on the Warner Brothers lot, after the owners of the original house refused permission to film their property. Tired of the constant visits from fans on a daily basis, the owners put the house up for sale after the first season was released. The house was bought for $4 million by its new owner, executive producer and series creator Jeff Franklin. Franklin's first move as the house's owner was to restore the house's door to its famous red color, as seen on the show. "It will be a lot more fun for the fans, because now the house will look like the Tanners really live there," he said, adding, "It's a gift to the fans, but it's also fun for me to own it." In December 2016, Franklin invited the cast members to put their handprints in cement flagstones, currently on display in the house's backyard. Franklin made initial plans to remodel the interior of the house to match the interior soundstage sets, turning the house into a Full/Fuller House museum for fans. After complaints from neighbors prevented construction from proceeding, Franklin ended up deciding to sell the house during the show's final season. See more »

It's okay

Obviously the original is better! The forced laughter gets annoying and some scenes are cringey to watch but asides from that, it's watchable
