This film was supposed to be about a brother and sister. However when lead actor Mike Ostroski booked a guest starring role on a TV series, the producers decided to move him to a supporting role and promote Kate Cook to a co-lead. The writers then rewrote the script so it was about sisters.
This film was part of the 48 Hour Film Project. It was written, shot, and edited within a 48 hour time period as part of a competition against 55 other teams.
As part of the 48 Hour Film Project Competition, teams drew a genre from a hat. This film's genre was "Time Travel." Teams also needed to have three required elements in their film: a character (Anya Sakewski - writer), an object (map), and a line ("I don't know why I'm here.")
Judges awarded the film first runner up Best Picture in the 2014 Denver 48 Hour Film Project competition. They also awarded Best Cinematography to Dave Klein and Best Actress to Kate Cook.
