- A young man unexpectedly dies. Guided by a brilliant being of light - the Christ, he is transported to hell, heaven, and other dimensions in between. He returns back into his body against his will. Though transformed by his encounter with infinite love, he struggles to accept his fate on earth and the responsibilities that come with it. This film is based on and inspired by George Ritchie M.D.'s 'Return From Tomorrow' the autobiographical account of his death and return to life during Christmas time WWII, 1943. 'Return from Tomorrow' has been translated into nine languages and never been out of print since 1978. "What have you done with your life - how much have you loved?" was the vital question asked of George and is the fundamental question to be answered by him. Note of Interest: George's experience is the story that inspired Raymond Moody to embark on his prolific career on researching "near death experiences" and writing his 1975 best selling book 'Life after Life'. This project under the same title and source material was previously optioned years ago by other entities. This is a new production beginning in March 2023 with the purchase of the film rights to the book.—Jim Guyer
