Well... Korra is back already

Warning: Spoilers
I'm glad the writers let Korra take some time to come back. I was just hoping she wouldn't be back for like 2 more episodes! Make the people suffer a little, because Korra is gone! Then make her come back to save the day! Still better than if she would have been there from the season's start.

Also, I mostly agree with what other people here are saying. Meelo is very unlikable. But I think that's the point. Siblings can be annoying and immature. Especially the younger ones. They have to grow up. And boy, do I hope Meelo matures...

Well Tenzin is send his children to fimd the Korra. During their mission they went through some of the things in adventure to finding Korra. Well this episode is mainly focus on Jinora, Ikki and Meelo, which is good they appear not so much in this season. Well Korra find some of her answer which help her to control herself. The episode is great but little bit slow in starting well this episode give the idea the next episode is going to be awesome. Toph told her what her really problem is and it help KOrra. But much have to be done this, Korra has taken a one step. Now we have to see what next step of her. Korra series has just gain is potential.

Meelo is trash, let's not pretend

Warning: Spoilers
Why they decided to dedicate an entire episode to this sexist, untalented waste of space they call Meelo, I'll never understand. Nearly every second of this episode was painful, salvaged only by the heartwarming final scene.

Meelo's only purpose seems to be acting as an aggravating little brat, serving no purpose beyond being unnecessarily gross and painfully one dimensional. When you have a character like this, they remain in the background. You don't put them on a pedestal so that the viewers are forced to wince in pain for twenty minutes straight waiting for the torture to end. This was meant to endear the airbending trio to us, but instead:

Meelo has officially entered my top 10 hated characters of all time.

Ikki... they tried to give her depth, but I wasn't buying it. It felt like a connived attempt at trying to give her a role beyond "background character", and somehow I know that this is the only time the show's going to pretend that she's relevant. Also, how exactly do the others know where she is? Very convenient that they just so happened to know Ikki was captured.

Jinora was amazing as always. In all honesty, I wish it was just her. The other two characters serve no real purpose in this story and TLOK would feel more fluid without their presence.

disappointment continues

Warning: Spoilers
This has been one of the most boring episode of TLoK. The return of Toph in this season was expected with so much potential, but unfortunately it has been a let down. The main problem with this episode is actually what's with all others. Disintegration. As there was no genuine good story on which TLoK is based, it has been flooded with so many smalls, some good some bad and some really bad. These stories bring new characters every time. But as it feels, the new characters replace the old ones rather than adding to them. This leaves the story with un-built characters which bore the fans leaving them without any attachment to the characters, the story, or the franchise. There have been a few good things about TLoK too, but this episode clearly tried to make people forget them. Hopefully the coming episodes would lift it up a bit.
