Sex & Nudity

  • The episode opens with a sex scene as a man and woman have clothed sex outside in an alley that eventually moves to the inside of a car. The woman's bra and much of her breasts are visible as the couple move suggestively kissing, groping and thrusting. The viewer learns that this woman is sleeping with her husband's brother.
  • A woman watches as a couple undresses for sex in the window across the street from her house. The man strips his shirt off and the woman is shown wearing a thong that reveals most of her backside. The two kiss and move towards the bedroom.
  • Jessica has clothed sex with Luke Cage, they are shown kissing and thrusting in a few angles, but no explicit nudity is shown.
  • One character is implied to be a lesbian and married to a woman. The two are shown briefly kissing although their lips are not actually visible as they kiss.
  • Although there is no explicit content, this episode and this season of the show deals heavy with the topic of rape. It is very dark and very adult in nature.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The entire city of Hell's Kitchen is identical to how it was presented in Marvel's Daredevil; very dark, grimy and full of crime and criminal activity. This always gives off a foreboding atmosphere, especially since most of the episode takes place at night.
  • Jessica has hallucinations caused by her PTSD, causing her to hear voices and see visions of a mysterious figure. This can appear a little frightening.
