When Harold is being driven by Kyle, he asks Kyle for bourbon (an American whiskey with specific requirements for the name bourbon). Kyle says it's in a nearby compartment, but what Harold pulls out is Johnny Walker Black scotch (a Scottish whisky with specific requirements for the name scotch).
While in the limousine Harold asks his assistant Kyle for Bourbon. Kyle tells him to look in the compartment to his right and Harold pulls out an airline bottle of Johnnie Walker, a brand of blended Scotch whisky, not Bourbon. Harold would have not asked for Bourbon if he had not expected Bourbon in the limousine.
In 'The Defenders', there is a subplot of needing a 'formula' for the resurrection, but Harold emerged from the pond on his own.
