  Inspector Vince Pickard : I can confirm Mr. Rhodes's statement.

  Jake Doyle : Wait? Play that back!

  [Des plays back the recording] 

  Inspector Vince Pickard : I can confirm Mr. Rhodes's statement.

  Jake Doyle : Does that voice sound familiar?

  Malachy Doyle : [Shocked]  It's Pickard!

  Jake Doyle : He's with Leslie right now.

• Rodney Costello : [Pointing to the large gash on his forehead that Malachy gave to him]  That wasn't very nice sir. Is that respectful enough for you?

  Malachy Doyle : It looks like we don't have much of a choice.

  Jake Doyle : I don't suppose you'll give me the footage that will prove my innocence.

  Damon Rhodes : No, the only thing that you'll get from me is a slow and painless death.

  Jake Doyle : I think we might have something to say about that.

  Rodney Costello : Or we can make it quick and painful. It's all the same to us.

  Damon Rhodes : Oh, and it's best that you forget about clearing your name.

  [Rhodes takes the junk drive and drops it on the ground and he crushes it with his foot] 

  Damon Rhodes : Is there another copy?

  Jake Doyle : What an asshole you are.

  Damon Rhodes : Jake, I made you an offer and what do you do? You spit in my face.

  Rodney Costello : Now we're going to kill you. And your whole family.

  Malachy Doyle : [Hearing sirens in the distance]  Better make a move. The cops will be here any second.

  Damon Rhodes : On what charge? No Mr and Mr Doyle. I believe that the police are here for the fugitive from justice.

  Alisha Maracle : [Alisha exits the police car and speaks through a bullhorn]  Damon rhodes? Get down on your knees with your hands up!

• Rodney Costello : [as he punches Malachy in his nose]  Come on Skipper. This is enough of this. Just tell Rhodes what he wants to know.

  Malachy Doyle : Skipper? Oldtimer? Someone needs to teach you how to talk to people of the older generation son.

  [He spits. Rodney punches Malachy again] 

  Damon Rhodes : Malachy, your son has been causing me too many problems.

  Malachy Doyle : He's a real pain in the ass.

  [Rodney snickers] 

  Malachy Doyle : But if you give him the evidence that he needs to clear his name he'll be less of a pain in the ass. I guarantee it.

  Damon Rhodes : He knows the deal.

  Malachy Doyle : Then just do whatever it is you're planning to do to convince him to take it.

  Rodney Costello : I don't think I've ever seen a family more intent on getting killed.

  Damon Rhodes : It sure seems like it don't it?

  [Rhodes cocks the gun and puts it to Malachy's head. Rhodes thinks about it for a minute before he moves the chair in front of him and looks at him] 

  Damon Rhodes : You're good. All of you Doyles are. So, I'm going to expand my offer. Convince Jake to work for me on the inside and the rest of you Doyles can work for me out here.

  Malachy Doyle : [Smiles]  I don't negotiate with douchebags.

  Damon Rhodes : You're a tough nut to crack

  [Rhodes hands Rodney the gun and nods his head. Rodney proceeds to hit Malachy in his nose with the butt end of the gun] 

  Damon Rhodes : but we'll break you.

• Rose Miller : I'm going to go check on Des at the hospital. Do you want to come with me?

  Malachy Doyle : I gotta stay here in case Jake calls.

  [He hears a noise in the back of the house. He goes to investigate and gasps when he sees Rodney in his house] 

  Malachy Doyle : UH!

  Rodney Costello : Well, old timer? Are we going to do this the easy way or the hard way?

  Malachy Doyle : Old timer?

  Damon Rhodes : [Rhodes and another thug get behind Malachy]  You heard him.

  Malachy Doyle : You put Des in the hospital so, I have to pay you back. I guess it's going to be the hard way.

  Damon Rhodes : Suit yourself

  [Malachy throws a vase at Damon Rhodes, then Rhodes has his men take a baseball bat to his midrift] 

  Damon Rhodes : Well, isn't that spirited?

  Malachy Doyle : If you think any of us are going down easy, you're dumber than you look.

  Damon Rhodes : Jake has got to stop this non-sense and take my offer.

  Malachy Doyle : To work for you on the inside? Why don't you ask him yourself? I'm sure he'd love to talk to you.

  [Damon knocks Malachy out cold]
