At 27:38, the Commodore 64 screen (shown in an uncharacteristic green-on-black when the 1701 monitor seen seconds ago was actually full-color) switches from the large, all-caps, 40-character-width screen to a much smaller upper- and lower-case screen more similar to and with functions of an early word processor. The C64 was incapable of those graphics.
Stratomatic Football changed the size of their cards starting with the 1982 season to the size shown in the episode. Stan tells Henry that he (Stan) used to play Stratomatic with his son and that the game is somewhere in the basement, so it's clear that Stan has an older version of the game which would have different sized cards than the newer versions that were released.
