Once again, thanks to Netflix for the rescue.
On its own this episode may never get the attention it deserves, but when you consider that the fans have had four seasons to connect with the characters, this one is a perfectly balanced "escape" to the land where Walt Longmire is the law.
The best part (for this reviewer) is the "epilogue" after Walt solves the murder --- he shares his feelings with the local doc (wonderfully played by Ally Walker, reminding one of her epic work in SOA) who, coincidentally, is someone he tried to date; and from whom he had received rejection.
The whole tone of the episode is whimsical, introspective, and utterly fun. This people feel like family.
And who could not use more family?
