Toooo simple
m-ramanan13 May 2021
Simple romantic feel good drama... the biggest problem is its too simple and got bored most of the places...As the story is higly predictable and its way too simple, feeling like dragged too much... Bit fooled by the title card, the title card and starting scenes were too good...

Turkish movies make us laugh
Emerenciano12 January 2020
The plot does not go so far from hundreds of American comedies. But the fact the film is spoken in Turkish and brings actors we don't see very often really makes it worth trying. And it is funny, very funny.

Bad Scenario
thegobletoffire31 May 2015
There was some funny parts but none of them made me laugh out loud.. Also i wonder how that bad scenario got 7 rating .. Come on high school student has beard and never cuts of ? I never saw that kind of students while i was going to school .. Overall its good to kill some free time, but not to take it serious, there are way much better Turkish movies that makes me laugh and makes my time that i spent worthy... In my opinion i won't recommend this movie to anyone, there are much better productions to spend time. By the the actress did quite good job, i like her a lot.. But the actor that refuses to cut beard is not doing his job with love, if i would be director i would have the alternative of it, if you making a job it should be perfect not like that ...

Fun Movie
tugbasengil-209-19933326 March 2015
Kocan Kadar Konuş (Talk As Much Your Husband) as it is stated in the beginning 100% Turkish comedy. First of all all actors are great. Movie makes fun of our obsession to get married. A lot of people were laughing so much (including me) in the theater, missed some scenes.

Efsun (Ezgi Mola); 30 years old, has career, smart and pretty girl is under pressure of her family and society because she is still single. Things get worse after when her 20 years old cousin decides to get marry.

When she sees her high school crush after years whom she never actually forget (Murat Yildirim); this time in order to not make any mistakes, for the first time in her life she starts to take relationship advices from her female relatives (her younger cousin and sisters, her mother, her aunt, her grand mother) in order to get married with him.

Only problem with the movie is it has some clichés. And I think if Brigitte Jones were Turkish, she would come across the same problems with Efsun. Still it was an very enjoyable evening. And if they ever shoot a second movie; for sure i would go to see.

Mediocre
mercilessdeath6 March 2017
The film was mediocre at best. Not very funny, not too cringy, just your average "let's just make a quick buck out of this popular book" movie.

However my main objection would be concerning realism. Another reviewer mentioned "the beard". In Turkish high schools you cut that beard. End of story. Additionally, there is absolutely NOT a single publisher in Turkey that works like that. Zilch. Nada. I work in this field and I guarantee you it was the fantasy of someone who has never been inside a publishing house.

Magnificent Turkish Romantic-Comedy Movie
Nicat66630 May 2015
It was one of the best romantic-comedy genre movies that I watched in my life.

High school lovers, was eventually reunion.

An excerpt from the film, I laughed:

"Sometimes myself to someone else "Can you take this?" I want to go saying."

I think it definitely should be the continuation of this movie.

"Kocan Kadar Konuş 2" should be a definitely. Producer hear our voice!

I invite everyone to watch!

From Azerbaijan; Loves and Regards!

One of the funniest Turkish Romantic Comedy
demetaksu9 January 2016
Kocan Kadar Konus had been adapted to cinema from a bestseller book which called with same name. It includes very funny jokes and details which completely related with Turkish Culture. I am pretty sure that every one who lived in Turkey in a part of their life will enjoy with the movie.

The movie includes some special scenes which had been directed by French director of photography, as well. These scenes had wonderful animations and illustrations. In spite that this is new trend between new generation Turkish movies, it is hard to find qualified examples like this. Besides it makes Kocan Kadar Konus very innovative.

Time to Laugh Out Loud

Drop dead handsome Sinan (Murat Yildrim) reunites with Efsun (Ezgi Mola) whom he fell in love with at school. Hilarious relationship advice.
