- Fawn takes Jess to a charity golf tournament, but the Vice Principal lands in the sand trap in her attempts to make a good impression. Meanwhile, Winston meets a beautiful woman and must lie about being a cop.
- The episode begins with Fawn giving Schmidt a very business-like sexual review in front of everybody else. The dynamic between Fawn and Cece is awkward.
Jess comes home from work and complains to Fawn about the lack of computers in her school. Since Fawn is a councilwoman, Jess wonders if she could be of help getting assistance from the school board. Fawn has a charity golf outing the following day, and a prominent school board member named Martha will be in attendance. Eventually Fawn agrees to bring Jess along. Schmidt is also going to be there for a photo op, and Fawn wants him to try and be less pale.
Nick, Coach and Winston have lunch together. Winston spots an attractive woman and Coach helps to get them talking. The woman, KC, agrees to meet him later but mentions in the process that she'll be attending an anti-police rally.
Cece drops by the apartment and Schmidt asks her to help him cover his body in bronzer.
The charity golf outing begins and Jess is just as awkward as you would imagine.
While Cece helps Schmidt with the bronzer, he confides that he's never felt so scrutinized. Fawn seems harshly critical of Schmidt's appearance. Schmidt accidentally purchased the bronzer with glitter. He begins to panic.
Winston goes on a date with KC. He's too embarrassed to say he's a police officer. When uniformed cop recognize him, he lies and say he's actually a stripper.
Fawn helps Jess refine her networking skills. She gives her a few tips, one of which is not wearing underwear. Jess grows frustrated and says the only reason she's there is the computers.
Winston is upset with himself because he didn't tell KC he was a cop. Nick wants to help, but Winston doesn't think he can fully understand the dynamic between black people and the police.
Fixing the glitter situation results in Schmidt's face looking as white as a corpse. When he video chats with Fawn she's furious. They hang up and Cece tells him he needs to be with a woman who accepts him for who he is.
Jess comes clean and tells Martha the only reason she's there is her students. Martha agrees to give her the computers....in three years when the budget is more conducive. Fawn's great photo op with Jess turns into a nightmare when she reaches down to pick up a golf ball and exposes her lack of underwear to the media.
Given her disastrous PR situation, Fawn tells Schmidt she'd understand if he wanted to break up with him. He responds that he likes her the way she is.
Winston goes to KC's work wearing his full police uniform. He says he's proud of his job and works with many good people. She says she's bothered by the fact that he lied, not that he's a cop. As a form of half-hearted punishment she makes him strip in front of her co-workers.
