- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: How was your day?
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: Long, I was at the Newspaper, most of the day writing up two book reviews. Couldn't get the research I was looking for on line for another article. Spent some of the afternoon at the big Library on Forty Second... but, it's written, submitted, all is well. The "Tomahawk Man" has struck again.
- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: Where pregnant.
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: I knew this was going to happen first there was the hand holding, then the kissing in the dark.
- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: Now Edgar, we have been married for three months. What do you think we have been doing all this whole time? You know where baby's come from.
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: I do remember a conversation with my Mother, It was a very long time ago, I was much younger.
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: Sweetie... I'm a husband, a poet, a writer. Now you want me to be a Father?
- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: You are a Father... Your Father was a good man.
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: Who, Allan? That Father? Not exactly the milk of human kindness, and my biological Father, a bit of a disappointment.
- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: They had issues, like we all do. Your so bad when things change, it eats you up.
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: And tares me apart.
- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: It's going to be fine.
- Annabel Lee/The Oracle: Annabel Lee: Edgar come in, we have been expecting you.
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: You seem to have me at a disadvantage. You know my name but I do not know yours.
- Annabel Lee/The Oracle: Annabel Lee: I am Annabel, Annabel Lee, and this is my assistant Virginia.
- Annabel Lee/The Oracle: Annabel Lee: The cards tell me your future Edgar... but you want more then what the cards can tell you... you need the Green Fairy... something I know you are familiar with.
- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: Ever since I told you we were going to be parents you've been a wreck. I wish you wouldn't worry so.
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: Oh you know me. I can be so, melodramatic. It's silly. You hungry? How about some "Pizza Masters"?
- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: Sounds good. You way to a woman's you believe that always know the heart. Tell me, do all of the worlds ills are cured with pizza?
- Edgar/The Husband: Edgar: Pretty much. I love you Lenore, and all around us are Unicorns barfing up rainbows.
- Lenore/The Wife: Lenore: I love you too sweetie. You paint a beautiful picture... particularly for me, your pregnant wife. Baby, before you break out open the window. Lets get some fresh New York City air in here.
