A cracking finale.

Conan Doyle continues to ask questions, and starts to our the pieces together, the clues lead him to a surprising conclusion.

Best episode of the three, I thoroughly enjoyed this, it concluded in a way that I wasn't expecting, but really enjoyed. Not a story I was previously aware off, but I learned more about Conan Doyle.

Terrific acting once again, Clunes really stands out, he has a real presence, Arsher Ali was also excellent.

I really enjoyed the pointers at the end, it's amazing what the events of this case would least to.

Enjoyed that, 9/10.

Interesting but a waste of time.

I watched the 3 episodes. You can watch them on YouTube or when they are on Public TV. A Reverend's son named George is suspected of vicious and violent things like sending threatening letters to people and attacking cattle and other animals to kill them. He spends 3 years in jail. The plot pushes things that are to frame George Edalji's because of his race. I felt this was over done because of the explanation of the bad things that happened.

Martin Clunes is an excellent actor but not in this. Woody his secretary was good and would make a great Sherlock Holmes. The episodes are in dark dreary houses, dark alleys, hallways or at night on dark streets and in the field. You can hardly see the faces except for a funeral at the cemetery. Rooms were lit by few candles, hard to see anything including what Arthur held in his hand to investigate.

The crimes are violent and vicious. I could not see who was who because most of this took place in the dark or candlelit rooms.

The answer to the killings of animals and more don't make sense.

To me this series was a waste of time. 1-I could not understand the accents of the people that were muffled that were like English/Scottish/Irish. 2-The darkness of the series where you could not see who was who and what and who the characters were and what they looked like that were the villains in this series.

To me the plot did not justify the end which I felt was poor.
