Storyline
Ryan and Theo have agreed to exchange prisoners - Theo's foster sister Penny for Mike but Ryan gets a visit from Max and Agent Lisa Campbell. He blows them off but Max returns alone and finds Penny in his apartment. She learns of the proposed swap for Mike and they head off to make the deal. As for Theo, it's taking a lot of time keeping Mark under control. Not surprisingly, the swap does not go well and not everyone survives. Ryan tried to get his drinking under control after Gwen has news for him. Written by garykmcd
