Violence & Gore

  • During combat, B.J can utilise grenades, pistols and a variety of rifles (assault, sniper and shotguns) to fight Nazi soldiers, zombies and patrol dogs. For added firepower, B.J can dual-wield a pair of guns or use turret guns which can be detached from their mounts and carried around.
  • The player can execute melee attacks with a knife or a steel pipe. Using stealth attacks, enemies can be stabbed in the head, neck or body and instantly dispatched without raising the alarm.
  • There are frequent depictions of violence, gore and blood splatter depicted throughout the game, with blood staining surrounding surfaces as characters take damage. Enemies can be decapitated when shot in the head with certain guns. A non-interactive scene of torture depicts the protagonist being electrocuted and stabbed during an interrogation sequence.

Profanity

  • There is use of coarse language such as 'f**k' and its variations in the game's dialogue.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • One part where a woman drinks wine and then makes the player drink it too.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • 'Wolfenstein: The Old Blood' is an action first-person shooter set in an alternate history 1946 during World War II where the Germans are winning the war, taking place just before the initial events of 'Wolfenstein: The New Order'. The protagonist (character-B.J. Blazkowicz) is a special forces operative on a mission to find a secret folder containing the coordinates to a Nazi generals compound.
