There is nothing wrong with the episode, but there is a serious lack of personality and chemistry at work. Because of some illegal mining, the folks are set on the trail of the evil pact. Our dictator has taken smugness to a new level, so it is vital that his feet of clay be exposed at some point. Had this been the first season, one would have been more patient. The problem, is, however, that a serious edge seems to have been dropped in the characterization. On a side note, there are times when Dorn seems almost supernatural. His connections become a bit much--hence, it often serves to rescue the ICC people instead of making demands on them--more here than in the previous cast.
