When Regina King signed on to do the show, one of her big hopes was that she would get to do a strong toe-to-toe scene with Carrie Coon. Her wish was granted in this episode in which the two actresses have a formidable scene together where Nora does the Departure questionnaire on Erika. The scene involved eight pages of dialogue and is one of the highpoints from a series full of them.
