I thought this was a better paced episode and at least the plot moved forward quickly.
A nice French lady arrives in her apartment in Paris and looks forward to a large glass of wine only to find herself as Goldilocks. There is a grizzly bear looking for an Airbnb in Paris to hibernate in summer.
Back in the slums of Brazil,Chloe and Mitch buy time from the crime lord to build a machine that would get rid off the bats. The crime lord cares little that the animal kingdom are launching an aggressive merger and acquisition plan where he will end up as food. At least it gives Abraham a chance to locate them.
Up to now the audience have been rather wary of Agent Shaffer. He is nice and helpful but there is that lingering doubt that he has another agenda. After Jamie is retrieved from the car crash, Shaffer uses hypnosis to help her remember and get to the escaped death row Evan Lee Hartley who himself wants a rather specific and horrifying eye test done. Hartley reveals to Jackson that his father did something to him and he wants to get rid of it, hence why Hartley needs the Mother Cell.
