Made with such precision of scientific knowledge and meticulously crafted each role and the subject is truely nearer to the real astronomy science they discussed everything from simple spaceship to blackhole,time travel,space station android robo everything...series has best performances.... Best part is very well written in hindi with apt translation of scientific words....
It was a golden time , gone into oblivion.

That was the golden time of Doordarshan. Now a days people who just ignore ( i use ignore not hate because doordarshan does not even qualify to be hated ) cant even imagine how rich the TV culture was back then. now we hear lot of cry about science fiction but we in our childhood experienced some high end science fiction back then that even in our sad old doordarshan channel. I can tell you whoever watched Captain Vyom cant even forget those moment not even by the worldly pressure of movies like Avatar, War of the World , Star Trek and serial like Fireflies, Starship Galactica etc. Why? because it was very much attached to our own culture and language and by sense much attached to our heart.
Alas those days of inspiration is long gone what remains is the trash like melodrama serials full of hatred, home politics low grade conflict. Which is none but downfall of young minds.
