Make a Problem/Then Solve It

We have an absurd plot where it is proffered that there is rampant racism in the soccer world. As an American, it appears that there are an awful lot of people of color playing at every level. This is sort of directed at the exploitation of poor black players. They are supposedly used, then cast aside or killed. There is also a kind of James Bond at the casino bit that just doesn't seem to work. The team just walked their way through this one. The solution is just so contrived. I can see why the series had lost most of its steam.

What a letdown

This programme used to be excellent, but since the introduction of Elizabeth Mitchell it has become a farce. What does an American know about the law in Europe, the culture of Europe and the peoples of Europe. It is a joke with her character in ir and it would be marginally better if she could act, truly awful. When will producers learn that you do not have to have a yank in it to make it work, OK so Donald Sutherland is from across the pond but he is a proved good actor. Series one and two were excellent, please bring back the guy with the manky arm. I am sure that many viewers feel the same about Ms Mitchell and her acting ability being far short of the requirement.
