Awesome episode, unpredictable, fun, heartfelt and epic, it's the full package. I love the direction this episodes takes things in, the way things go with Ward was particularly interesting for the actor to show his real talent well into the rest of the season. it also really reflect on Coulson in many ways. this episode in general had the theme of once you go to Maveth you will come back a different person, and that is true for all our characters! I also really appreciated how Fitz and Will had an instant friendship sort of thing, Fitz is just the kindest guy! I adore him! and Kudos to the actor who plays Will, he had a tough character to sell to an audience invested in seeing him snapped out of existence by Thanos, but I did end up liking him a lot.
There is some fun action on the earth side too, seeing the inhumans working together was fun, Joey especially is great, and I dug Directer Mack a lot!l, they did make the ending unnecessarily ambiguous, on top of stretching that minute beyond reason, but I don't even care because the final scene was so emotional and heartwarming.
