Serena is near to deliver her baby and the group decides to take her to a nearby Mennonite community. When they arrive, 10k, Addy and Doc kill zombies and are sprayed with anthrax. Soon 10k and Addy are sick, but Doc is not affected since he had taken vaccines against many diseases when he served the army. Meanwhile Serena delivers her baby while Warren takes a decision to cure 10k and Addy.
"Zombaby!" is not a good episode of Z Nation. Serena is annoying while waiting to deliver her baby. Warren's unethical attitude destroys the show. Better of mankind be destroyed at once. Then she telling that the little monster is beautiful is insane. The joke with the Three Wise Men is unfunny and disrespectful. My vote is six.
