Dr. Derek Muller, the science educator behind YouTube channel Veritasium, has signed with A3 Artists Agency for representation in all areas.
Muller is from Australia and currently based out of Los Angeles. He has a Ph.D. in physics education research from the University of Sydney and launched Veritasium in 2011 as a hub for educational science videos.
Veritasium—which has nearly 13 million subscribers—became well-known thanks in part to videos where Muller asked random members of the public questions about science and found out just how common some misconceptions are. Now, it offers a broad range of content, including experiments and interviews with experts.
