When Nick and Adalind arrive home with their new son, Kelly, Monroe and Rosalie are there. They show Kelly to Monroe and Rosalie and Kelly is wide awake. About a minute later, Adalind says she wants to get some rest before Kelly wakes up.
Adalind would not be able to leave the hospital within hours of having an emergency c-section. She certainly wouldn't be able to easily carry her newborn up a flight of stairs.
When Adalind is eating the sandwich and the baby starts crying we hear him call for Mommy even though he is one day old.
When Adalind Schade is holding her newborn baby son in the bedroom the baby's fully healed navel is shown, which wouldn't be the case with a newborn baby.
When US Marshal Reeves is reporting, via cellphone, that he is leaving Portland Oregon to return to Sacramento California, he says to his office, that he is just about to get on the 405 (freeway). There is no 405 freeway in Oregon or Northern California. The only "405 Freeway "is in Southern California (where most Hollywood scriptwriters live ;) ) It is possible the actor flubbed when saying "the 205" freeway, which IS a freeway leading south from Portland.
