The Spiral, is a short horror film about a tormented young woman, Valerie (Arielle Brachfeld known for Chemical Peel and Knock). Valerie is escaping her life in a desolate desert town driving to Vegas away from her abusive step-father, Saul (Jw Wiseman known for Dead Sea and The Hunted.) Valerie takes a wrong turn and ends up stuck in a place called Spiral Road.
Short screenplay adapted from story "Valerie's Spiral" by horror author, Jeremy Megargee (Author of Dirt Lullabies and Sweet Treats.) Screenplay, "The Spiral," written and directed by Mary C. Russell (Director of Carved.) Produced by Alexis Iacono (Producer of California Dreaming and The Pipeline) also joining The Spiral is Taylor Rogers producing along side.
Paul Stephen Edwards (Director of Photography of Knife Party and Ugly Sweater Party) is bringing this beautiful genre film with fast cars and sunsets in the desert to life.
